MOW lawn to 2” high and remove clippings, leaves, and any debris.
SOAK lawn thoroughly for two days prior to aeration and reseeding.

LAWN TECHNICIAN INSTRUCTIONS: IF LAWN HAS NOT BEEN PREPARED AS ABOVE, ADVISE CUSTOMER AND GO TO NEXT STOP. (INITIAL BOX BELOW WHEN TASK COMPLETED)
MEASURE length and width of lawn and multiply to get approximate square footage. _____________ SF
ESTIMATE the percentage of fescue loss and multiply that number by the establishment seeding rate of 6 pounds per 1000 sq. ft. (Example, if 50% (0.5) of the stand is lost, reseed with 0.5 x 6 = 3.0 pounds per 1000 sq. ft.)

SPREAD STARTER FERTILIZER evenly over lawn according to label rate. (NOT necessary if a lawn care customer.)
SPREAD SEED according to bag to correct rate on spreader. Spread half of the seed in one direction. Spread the other half of the seed in the same manor on a right angle to the first pass.
AERATE across width of lawn then across the length of lawn.
BLOW OFF HARD SURFACES
LAWN WATERED by customer before 10:00am or after 4:00pm. (unless watering restrictions are changed)
LEAVE PAPERWORK calling attention to watering daily for 2-3 weeks. (Customer Must Keep Lawn Moist!)
CLOVERLEAF next door/leave pre-stuffed door bags.

CALL CUSTOMER after returning to office for a reminder to water daily for 2-3 weeks.
